At Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath, we value your association with our institution and strive to ensure transparency in all transactions related to art events, exhibitions, workshops, events, and courses.

1. Event / Workshop / Course Registrations
1a. Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to [chitrasanthe@chitrakalaparishath.org] at least 15 days prior to the event start date.
1b. Refund Eligibility:
> 100% refund if the event is cancelled by Chitrakala Parishath due to Force Majeure conditions, government instructions and other conditions beyond its control.
> No refund for cancellations after registration.

2. Donations
All donations made to Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath are non-refundable . Donors are encouraged to review details before making any contribution.

3. Art Exhibition Space / Stall Bookings
a. Bookings once confirmed are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is cancelled by the organization.
b. If an event is postponed or cancelled by us, full refunds or adjusted credits will be provided.

4. Online Transactions
We use secure payment gateways. In case of double payment or transaction failure, please contact us within 7 working days for resolution.
